This policy explains what information YesAndPost collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • From your Google sign-in: your name, email address, profile image, and Google account ID. We use the same sign-in as CampaignQueue so that your YesAndPost account can be linked to your CampaignQueue account and plan.
  • Phone and messaging: your mobile phone number and its verification status; your SMS consent record (the date and time, IP address, browser or device information, the consent wording shown to you, and the page where you opted in); opt-out and opt-in history; logs of the messages we send and receive, including content, delivery status, and timestamps.
  • Reddit connection: your Reddit username; OAuth tokens (stored encrypted); permissions granted; records of replies posted through the Service.
  • Your settings: subreddits, keywords, schedule, quiet hours, delivery mode, reply context (FAQs, website text, personality prompt, tone, link and mention preferences).
  • Reddit content that matched: text, author username, subreddit, timestamp, and link of matched public Reddit posts and comments. We also keep the drafts generated and any edits you made.
  • Usage and technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, error logs, usage counts. Used to run, secure, and improve the Service.

2. How we use information

  • To provide the Service: watching your chosen subreddits, finding matches, drafting replies, texting you, and posting the replies you approve.
  • To verify your phone number, keep a record of your consent, and honor STOP and HELP requests.
  • To check your CampaignQueue Founder plan entitlement.
  • To enforce limits and safeguards, such as posting caps, cooldowns, and duplicate checks.
  • To provide support, keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your phone number for marketing texts.

3. Mobile information and SMS consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes our messaging provider, Telnyx, which processes messages solely to deliver the Service.

4. Who we share information with (processors)

We share information only with service providers that help us run YesAndPost, and only as needed:

  • Telnyx — sending and receiving SMS from our toll-free number (phone number, message content, delivery data)
  • AI model provider — currently DeepSeek [update if provider changes] (matched Reddit text, your reply context and prompt, your edits and REDO hints)
  • Reddit (Reddit Data API) — reading public posts and comments; posting replies you approve (Reddit OAuth token, reply text)
  • Google (OAuth) — signing you in (Google account basics)
  • Hosting / infrastructure — running the app and storing data (all Service data)
  • CampaignQueue (also operated by Dreamtown Creative) — account linking and Founder plan billing (Google account ID, email, plan status)

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a transfer of the business.

5. Retention

  • Matched Reddit content: deleted after [30] days, or sooner if deleted/removed on Reddit.
  • Drafts and replies you posted: kept until you delete them or your account.
  • Message logs: [12] months.
  • SMS consent and opt-out records: kept while your account exists and for as long as needed afterward to show compliance.
  • Reddit tokens: deleted when you disconnect Reddit or delete your account.
  • Account data: deleted within [30] days of account deletion, except where we must keep records by law.

6. Your choices

  • Revoke Reddit access: disconnect Reddit in the dashboard, or remove YesAndPost under your Reddit account's app settings.
  • Stop texts: reply STOP to any message. Reply PAUSE to take a break.
  • Access, correction, deletion: use the dashboard's export and delete options, or email [email protected].
  • Google: you can remove our access in your Google account's third-party connections.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards: HTTPS in transit, encryption of Reddit tokens at rest, access controls, and verified webhooks. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children. Users must be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International users

The Service is intended for US users, and data is processed in the United States.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and we will notify you of material changes by email or in the app.
