These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of YesAndPost, including the website at https://yesandpost.com, the web app, and the SMS/MMS messaging program (together, the "Service"). YesAndPost is a CampaignQueue product operated by Dreamtown Creative. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What YesAndPost does

YesAndPost watches up to 5 subreddits you choose for public posts and comments that match keywords you set. When it finds a match, it drafts a reply using AI and sends it to you by text message so you can approve it, edit it, or skip it. A reply is posted only after you approve it, and it is posted from your own Reddit account.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google, Reddit, and phone accounts secure.
• You must give accurate information, including a mobile phone number that you own or are authorized to use.
• The Service is currently offered to users with US mobile numbers only [update if this changes].

3. Plans and billing (CampaignQueue Founder bundle)

• YesAndPost is included with the CampaignQueue Founder plan. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds for that plan are handled under CampaignQueue's terms at [CampaignQueue terms URL].
• Access to YesAndPost requires an active Founder plan. If your Founder plan ends or is downgraded, YesAndPost features (alerts, drafting, and posting) stop at the end of the paid period. We keep your settings for [90] days in case you return.
• Each plan has usage limits, including daily and monthly limits on text alerts and on replies posted. We may change these limits with notice.

4. Reddit usage

• Your Reddit account. You connect your own Reddit account through Reddit's official OAuth sign-in. You can disconnect at any time from the dashboard or from your Reddit account's app settings. We request only the permissions needed to read posts and comments, identify your username, and post the replies you approve.
• You are the author. Every reply is posted under your Reddit account and only after you approve it, whether by text command or in the dashboard. You are solely responsible for the content you approve or edit, as if you had written and posted it yourself.
• Reddit's rules apply. You must follow Reddit's User Agreement, Content Policy, and the rules of each subreddit you reply in, including any limits on self-promotion or links.
• No spam or manipulation. You may not use the Service to post repetitive, unsolicited, or substantially identical content; manipulate votes or karma; evade bans or blocks; impersonate anyone; post misleading or deceptive content; or harass anyone.
• Built-in limits. To protect you and the communities you take part in, the Service enforces posting caps and cooldowns. Defaults are [10] replies per day in total, [3] per subreddit per day, [1] per thread, and a [10]-minute gap between posts. It may also block near-duplicate replies, skip threads that are locked, archived, or deleted, and pause a subreddit after repeated removals. These safeguards do not guarantee that a moderator or Reddit will not remove your content or restrict your account.
• Not affiliated with Reddit. YesAndPost is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Inc. Reddit may change or limit its API at any time, and that may affect or end some or all features.

5. AI-drafted content

• Drafts are generated by third-party AI models from the context you provide (your website, FAQs, personality prompt, and tone) and from the Reddit content that matched.
• AI drafts may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or unsuitable for a particular community. Review every draft before you approve it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or results of any draft or posted reply.
• Do not approve drafts that make claims you cannot support. When your reply mentions your own product or business, disclose that it is yours.
• Your settings and edits are used to produce drafts for you. We do not sell them. See the Privacy Policy.

6. SMS/MMS Messaging Terms

• Program name: YesAndPost.
• Program description: By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS/MMS) from YesAndPost at the mobile number you provide. Messages include: alerts about Reddit posts and comments that match your keywords, with an AI-drafted reply for you to approve, edit, or skip; confirmations of replies you approved; and account and phone-verification messages, such as one-time codes and service notices. We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.
• How to opt in: Enter your mobile number on the phone step in the YesAndPost app, check the SMS consent box, and verify the code we send you.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies with your keywords, subreddits, and schedule. Match alerts are capped by your settings, by default up to [5] match alerts per day and [150] per month, plus confirmations and account messages. Texts are sent only during your active hours. By default that is 8 AM to 8 PM in your local time, and never outside 8 AM to 9 PM.
• Cost: Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply to messages you send and receive.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT also work. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt back in by replying START or re-verifying in the app. To take a break without opting out, reply PAUSE, and reply RESUME to restart.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected].
• Commands: Reply YES to post the draft, EDIT followed by your text to post your own version, or NO (or SKIP) to skip. Other commands are REDO (new draft), LINK (get the thread link and draft so you can post it yourself), PAUSE, and RESUME. A message that is not a recognized command will never post anything.
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on your carrier, device, and coverage.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy any product or service. You can use the dashboard to review and approve matches without SMS.
• Your number: If you change or give up your mobile number, update it in the app or reply STOP from the old number first.
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Acceptable use

You will not: use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, or harassing content; target subreddits or users to harass them; scrape or bulk-collect Reddit data; reverse engineer the Service or interfere with it; resell or share access; or use the Service in violation of Reddit's terms, carrier rules, or applicable law.

8. Your content and license

You keep ownership of the content you provide, including website text, FAQs, prompts, and edits, and of the replies you post. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the Service for you.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including Google (sign-in), Reddit (API), Telnyx (messaging), AI model providers, and hosting providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.

10. Suspension and termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time. You can disconnect Reddit, reply STOP, or delete your account from the dashboard.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service (including spam), if Reddit or a carrier requires it, or if we discontinue the Service.
• When your account ends, we stop alerts and posting, revoke stored Reddit tokens, and handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL DETECT EVERY MATCHING POST, THAT MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED, THAT REPLIES WILL BE POSTED, OR THAT POSTED REPLIES WILL NOT BE REMOVED, OR ANY BUSINESS RESULT.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DREAMTOWN CREATIVE AND BRENT GRAHAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY ACTION TAKEN BY REDDIT, A SUBREDDIT MODERATOR, OR A CARRIER AGAINST YOUR ACCOUNTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND (B) [US $50].

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dreamtown Creative and Brent Graham from claims arising out of content you approve or post, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms, Reddit's rules, or the law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [County], Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
